• Purchase/Sale - We have completed the purchase and/or sale of $25 million of commercial investments and owner/user properties in the last six (6) years.
• Property Management - We currently manage nearly 315,567 SF of office, industrial and retail space. The property management team is long term and fully supported with on-staff accounting/bookkeeping and building engineering, as well as a large supply of contract maintenance and construction vendors.
• Tenant Representation - Besides representing Landlord’s, the Brokers with Genesee Commercial Group are heavily involved with Tenant representation. We will match the Tenant’s requirements with the appropriate commercial space and provide personalized, outstanding service. This representation applies to leasing and purchasing on the client’s behalf.
