• Leasing - Genesee Commercial Group currently provides the leasing for buildings totaling nearly 1,000,000 SF of office, light industrial, retail and medical space throughout the Denver area. This includes over 200,000 SF of pre-leasing for new office and office/warehouse development during the last 3 years. The leasing portfolio is currently 93% occupied.
• Purchase/Sale - We have completed the purchase and/or sale of $20 million of commercial investment, owner/user properties and land in the last 6 years.
• Property Management - We currently manage nearly 250,000 SF of office, medical/office, industrial and retail space. The property management team is long term and fully supported with on staff accounting/bookkeeping and building engineering, as well as a large supply of contract maintenance and construction vendors.
• Development - Genesee Commercial Group and affiliated companies have planned, pre-leased, developed and constructed over $28 million of spec and build to suit office and office/warehouse development.
