Jamie Macbeth
- Jamie is presently President of Genesee Commercial Group, and
is responsible for management of the company, as well as direct
marketing, leasing, and sales. He has been a successful commercial
real estate agent in Denver for 24 years, with 19 years of experience
in his present position. His 500,000 square foot portfolio includes
25 buildings for lease or sale representing the Landlord. Jamie
is actively involved in Tenant and Buyer representation. He has
the drive, experience, and knowledge to help achieve the best possible
transaction for the client. His well-rounded experience helps in

Reed
D. Pritchard - As
a commercial real estate broker in Denver, Reed has
completed over $30 million in sales and lease
transactions primarily representing the owner. He
has worked closely with numerous developers and
architects to plan and refine the design and layout
of new office projects to ensure a cost effective
product, appropriate for the market. Prior to
joining the Genesee Commercial Group, he was the
Los Angeles based LUZ Development project
coordinator for the 5,000 acre, $825 million Harper
Lake project in San Bernardino County, California.
Accomplishments include negotiating the acquisition
of various land parcels, easements and land
exchanges for the project site. Reed also acquired
numerous federal, state and local permits, as well
as zoning and subdivision approvals, with extensive
environmental review. Prior to this, he was the
assistant to the Sr. Vice President of Development
for the western regional development office of
Trizec Properties, Inc. in Denver. He conducted
market and cost studies and financial analysis of
proposed CBD high rise office projects throughout
the western U.S. In addition, he gained extensive
tenant finish design and construction experience
while assistant project manager of the Tivoli
project in downtown Denver .

R. Danielson, CCIM,
CPM
- John Danielson has 30 years experience as a real
estate broker involved in leasing and selling
commercial real estate. At Genesee he handles the
retail brokerage duties and participates in the
office and industrial leasing and sales. He has
been involved in over $350 million in real estate
transactions. He has managed, financed and
developed commercial real estate portfolios for
clients and his own account. Danielson was a
charter member of the Board of Director of the
Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of
Realtors and is a member the Colorado Association
of Realtors. John is a CPMÒ and was elected
President of the Northern Colorado Chapter 17 of
the Institute of Real Estate Management in 1995. He
is also Certified Commercial Investment Manager,
CCIM.

Renee
Spicer
- Renee has been involved in Commercial Real Estate
in the Denver area for over 17 years. Her
background includes representation of Landlords,
Tenants, Sellers and Purchasers of both office and
industrial properties. She has represented
commercial portfolios for Owners that include such
diverse properties as office buildings,
restaurants, health clubs, retail strip centers,
and vacant land. Renee has consulted Owners on the
portfolio's future income earning potential,
rewritten loans, leased a building that had been
vacant for three years by using innovative
marketing techniques, and managed construction of
an office building, then leased it to 97% occupancy
in one year. Some of her clients include Regis
University, Think Smart Learning Centers, Adult
Care Supreme, Bonfils-Stanton Foundation, and
Contract Furnishings. She successfully negotiates
more than 40 lease and three sale transactions
annually.
